What is FIDELLE jewelry made of?
All FIDELLE jewelry are made of 22K gold-plated brass, except for some pieces that come in silver plating or rhodium.
Additional materials include quartz and other natural gemstones
Most of our pieces are handmade through the process of lost-wax casting.
All our jewelry is nickel free.
Are all the gemstones the same?
We only use natural gemstones on our jewelry. Therefore, each stone is completely unique and organic, and they all vary in shape and size.
The unique qualities of the stones also make each piece unique.
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible.
If no further stock is available, the item will be removed from the website.
Can I ask for a a refund of a made to order item?
Made to order items are created on your demand, and therefore cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
How should I care for my FIDELLE jewelry?
Gold-plated pieces are, by default, more fragile and liable to lose their colour over time.
